FAQ

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: Yes. An $80 non-refundable deposit is needed to secure your date. This deposit will be applied to the cost of you services for the day of.


Q: How long does it take for Hair & Makeup per person?
A: We give an average of 45 minutes per person for each service.


Q:Do you have a travel fee?

A: Yes. Please inquire about travel fee. Party must also pay for parking fee if it applies.


Q: What if I have a big bridal party?

A: We are able to accommodate large groups. We do have a 4 person minimum per artist for traveling on-site.

Q: How soon in advance should I book my event?

A: We strongly encourage booking 6 months in advance. Dates fill up quickly!

Q: What do you take for payment?

A: Separate payment per artist is required. Cash only is accepted by Heidi. Austra, Dani, Shayl, Sam and Danielle accept cash and Venmo.

Q: What if I want to do a trial run?

A: While trial runs are not required, if you are interested in either a hair or makeup trial it is recommended to have it done a month or two prior to your wedding date. This would be a perfect opportunity for a bridal shower or bachelorette party. 

Q: How many artists would you send?

A: The number of artists sent would be determined by a few factors. How big the bridal party or event is, the timeline for the day, and services needed etc. We do work closely with other great stylists if more helping hands are needed.
